OMLK Architects is an architectural firm based out of Hoboken, NJ. Since 1999, we have completed over 2000 residential, commercial, and institutional projects in the tri-state area. Our team is made up of experienced architects with multiple areas of professional expertise. Our completed and active projects show our passion for creativity and innovation.
The firm is licensed in New York and New Jersey. We work closely with our clients to hear their ideas and convert them into utile architecture. Our approach involves full collaboration with engineers, builders, and other designers to achieve the greatest possible result.
Osvaldo Martinez, RA.
Osvaldo "Ozzy" Martinez graduated from the New York Institute of Technology in 1986 with a bachelor's degree in architecture. He began his professional career working on residential waterfront development for Port Liberte in Jersey City, NJ. Soon after, he became a licensed architect and he opened his own firm under the name ICOM Architects in Hoboken, NJ. Throughout the years, Ozzy has worked with thousands of clients in the New York Metropolitan area. Today, he is principal architect of his current firm, OMLK Architects.
Lindsey A. Kozlowski
Lindsey A. Kozlowski completed her undergraduate studies at New York University where she earned bachelor's degrees in urban design and architectural studies as well as psychology. She then earned her masters degree in architecture at Pratt Institute in New York. Her first architectural experience was with BFJ Planning, a Perkins Eastman subsidiary. There she worked on residential waterfront development along the Hudson River. Lindsey then began opening up her architectural experience, working independently in New York City. By 2012, she joined ICOM Architects in Hoboken, NJ. Currently, she is a partner/architectural designer at OMLK Architects.
Deepthi Tirumala Padma
Deepthi is a recent graduate from the New Jersey Institute of Technology where she earned her Master’s in Infrastructure Planning. She also brings a Bachelor of Architecture from the Church of South India Institute of Technology in Hyderabad, India. With over 5 years of architecture experience in India and New York City, Deepthi is excited to bring her creativity and talent to OMLK Architects.
